Welcome to Nanni. By accessing or using our interactive childcare helper application, web services, and mobile notification automation utilities, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.
Nanni operates an interactive mobile notification assistant utility designed to help families coordinate task schedules, to-do lists, and tracking routines (such as newborn feeding timelines) entirely via mobile messaging channels. Users interact with the service by initiating text-based workflows to track events and receive automated updates.
Text-to-Join Opt-In Consent: You can subscribe to the Nanni childcare utility by texting our designated keyword (e.g., "START" or "NANNI") to our mobile messaging service. Upon sending this initial keyword, you will receive an automated compliance disclaimer message. You must reply "YES" to confirm and finalize your explicit subscription. By providing this double opt-in confirmation, you give consent to receive automated operational alerts and conversational assistant messages from Nanni. Subscription is completely voluntary and is not a condition of any purchase.
Message & Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your tracking log intervals and household schedule density.
How to Opt-Out: You can cancel the mobile service at any time. Simply text STOP to our messaging number. After you send the SMS/RCS message "STOP" to us, we will send you a single confirmation reply indicating that you have been successfully unsubscribed. Following this confirmation, you will receive no further messages.
How to Get Help: For support or program assistance instructions at any time, reply to our messaging line with the keyword HELP.
You agree to use Nanni solely for your personal, non-commercial household tracking needs. You agree not to use the service to transmit any malicious code, disruptive formatting, or spam configurations to the messaging backbone.
Nanni provides task reminders and organizational coordination utilities on an "as-is" operational framework. While we strive to ensure timely, robust delivery of messaging packets, we are not responsible for cellular carrier delivery delays, network service drops, or mismatched schedule interpretations.
We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time to align with updated technical features or cellular regulatory shifts. Continued engagement with our messaging services after terms updates indicates your legal acceptance of the revised framework.
